About the Owners

Aaron & Kelli Dwyer**

With over 20 years of experience in the exterior remodeling industry, Aaron has dedicates his career to mastering the craft of transforming homes with precision, durability, and elevated design. From custom siding installations to full roof replacements and commercial-scale work, his expertise spans every level of exterior construction.

Aaron began his career in Minnesota, serving the Lake Minnetonka region and the western suburbs—areas known for their architectural complexity and high expectations for workmanship. During his time there, he worked on a wide range of design-driven, detail-intensive projects, including:

  • The historic Pillsbury Mansion rebuild (torn down in 2018 and reconstructed into one of the most notable homes in Minnesota)

  • A 15,000 sq. ft. early-1900s church roof restoration

  • Thousands of residential and exterior remodeling projects completed over the years

Working on properties of all types—historic, modern, starter homes, family homes, and everything in between—established the high standards he maintains today: every detail must be intentional, every installation must meet the highest level of craftsmanship, and every homeowner deserves clear, honest communication from start to finish.

Now based in the Lake Norman area, Aaron and Kelli bring that same commitment, design expertise, and client-first mindset to every Bellator Exteriors project. Quality isn’t just a promise—it’s the expectation Aaron sets for himself and every member of the Bellator team.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys building cars, playing golf, and spending time with Kelli and their two pups, Hamilton and Penny. Whether on a job site or at home, family is at the center of everything they do.
